I found Lori’s temperament to be abrupt and distant, and it did not change. I requested an email confirmation and a photo of the purchased flower. My email address was spelled out slowly, until she repeated it back correctly. I called again today, 2 days later, because I did not receive the email confirmation. Lori’s stark demeanor remained. Without apologizing, she harshly said, “We’ve been busy getting flowers out!” She repeated my email address, and she had not included ‘.com.’ The email arrived without a photo of the purchased item. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

I am so sorry did not get you emailed in a timely fashion. That morning we were very busy with phone and walking customers.There was only two of us so there was no time to sit and type out emails.I have worked 24days straight with not a full day off, we have had 14 funerals in this time span. I was disappointed with the floral arrangement for my cousin’s funeral on Aug. 18 . Colors of flowers were much different than picture and they looked crowded in the small vase. Also I felt the delivery fee and processing fee was excessive.I have been a long time customer of yours and so has my family. Have never had a problem until this time.

I ordered flowers on the website and the flowers that were delivered did not match the picture or description. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Stephanie, Sorry that the arrangement wasn't just like the picture. The glads always come in very tight on Monday .The star gazer lilies have been not that nice lately so I didn't have any of those. We used the hybrid white lily..that smells the same. The heather never comes in that tall as shown. Pictures on this site are placed by a professional flower company that shows all flowers open and nice and full. It is hard to have every flower on hand open to look just like the picture.

I was concerned when I placed the order because Christmas delivery was not available. I called was was not given much hope it would happen because of many funerals. I understand. I was thrilled when I got the msg it was delivered on Dec 24. Thank you, Santa Trish and your elves!

Placed an order online for delivery for Mother’s Day. I Received a confirmation number and an email stating the order was delivered at a specific time. The flowers never arrived. After calling the store I was told that they had stopped accepting orders for Mother’s Day and that they don’t have time to send out emails to everyone for delivered orders. They women stated the website does this automatically. Y’all need to redo you system. I will not be ordering or recommending your services for future purchases.
